Former President Bill Clinton plans to headline a re-election fundraiser for Democratic Congressman and potential 2007 Philadelphia mayoral candidate Chaka Fattah. The October 5th event at the Union League is expected to raise one million dollars for Fattah’s House re-election campaign.
